Reunion with a Long-Term Customer

NODHA welcomed an important old friend – a long-term partner from Russia. This client made a special trip to the NODHA factory to confirm the flange equipment they had ordered before production commencement and to learn about NODHA's products in pipe processing and automated welding.

At the factory, accompanied by the NODHA team, the client inspected their customized flange processing equipment and discussed details such as equipment parameters, delivery schedule, and subsequent technical support with the NODHA team. Afterwards, accompanied by technicians, the client toured a demonstration of NODHA's pipe cutting and beveling machine. The technicians provided a detailed explanation of how to operate the equipment on-site.

Following this, the client visited the collaborative robot welding unit of NODHA's sub-brand ReadyOn. Technical personnel demonstrated the dexterity of the collaborative robot arm and introduced its outstanding performance in improving welding efficiency and ensuring welding quality.

The entire communication and exchange took place in a harmonious atmosphere. The client gained a direct understanding of NODHA's product line and technological strength. At the end, both parties took a group photo at the factory gate to commemorate this pleasant exchange.
