Warmly welcomed by the NODHA sales team, the customer greeted them in Chinese with "Hello," and after a brief exchange of pleasantries, officially embarked on their visit to the NODHA factory for an on-site inspection. The client's primary purpose for the visit was to learn about NODHA's core products – high-performance tube beveling machines and advanced tube sheet welding equipment.
FABCON and NODHA's partnership began in 2022, and the two companies have maintained a stable and smooth cooperative relationship over the years. FABCON primarily manufactures boiler heat exchangers, while FABCON possesses deep expertise in the industry. Accompanied by the sales team and technical personnel, the FABCON customer focused on NODHA's tube beveling machines and tube sheet welding products. The technical staff, considering the customer's industry application scenarios, provided detailed explanations of the products' core performance, applicable scope, and practical advantages. They also answered the customer's questions regarding product compatibility and production efficiency, giving the customer a more intuitive understanding of the products' practicality and reliability.
During the product tour at the factory, the client expressed interest in NODHA's sub-brand ReadyOn's collaborative robot welding project, inquiring about technical details and application examples. The technical staff answered all the client's questions.
After the visit, both parties took a group photo at the company entrance, capturing the moment of their pleasant exchange.
