Flange Tools Delivered to Italy

Two NODHA Flange tools units, having completed factory testing and customized packaging, were officially shipped to the customer's designated location in Italy. The delivered equipment, in excellent condition and with precisely matched core performance, provides an efficient solution for flange operations in local industrial settings, further demonstrating NODHA's technical strength and international service capabilities in the field of precision tooling equipment.

To ensure the equipment was not damaged during international transport, the NODHA team developed a specialized packaging plan tailored to the structural characteristics of the Flange tools: the main body of the equipment was wrapped in moisture-proof cushioning materials, key operating components were fitted with protective sleeves, and the exterior was secured with high-strength cardboard boxes and wooden frames. After multiple rounds of bump testing and sealing checks to ensure integrity, logistics were arranged for shipment, ensuring the customer could quickly unpack and immediately put the equipment into use upon receipt.

The Flange tools shipped this time offer several advantages. Utilizing a ratchet mechanism, they achieve precise control without a complex power source, making them particularly suitable for extremely tight clearances of 0.24 inches (6 mm). Even in confined spaces where traditional tools struggle to reach, they can reliably position and adjust flanges, solving operational challenges in precision conditions. The equipment operates on a frictionless, smooth parallel wedge motion to prevent flange damage and support arm failure. The integrated design eliminates the need for a separate pump and towed hydraulic hoses—ideal for safe operation in remote, confined spaces.

These Flange tools were exported to Italy and delivered to one of NODHA's long-standing customers. NODHA will continue to serve more industrial customers worldwide in the future.
