A customer from Australia visited the NODHA factory specifically to observe the operation process and finished product quality of the Tube Facing Machine. Accompanied by the NODHA sales team, the customer successfully arrived at the factory and witnessed the entire operation process and finished product processing effects of the machine, experiencing firsthand the comprehensive performance of the equipment.

Pipe end-face finishing is a crucial process in pipe prefabrication, directly affecting subsequent connection accuracy and welding quality. It places extremely high demands on the stability of the entire machine, processing consistency, and end-face smoothness. The Australian customer's visit had a clear purpose: to gain a direct understanding of the NODHA Tube Facing Machine's operating logic, processing efficiency, and finished product quality through a live demonstration.

On-site technicians demonstrated the equipment's operation process to the customer face-to-face, from workpiece clamping and pipe alignment to end-face cutting and finished product output, showcasing the standardized operating procedures of the pipe end-face finishing machine. The machine operates smoothly, with low noise and minimal vibration, and a stable, uniform feed rate, quickly and accurately removing burrs and tilt allowances from pipe ends, effectively correcting pipe end-face errors.

After the demonstration, the customer closely inspected the Tube Facing Machine. The pipe end faces processed by the equipment were smooth, highly perpendicular, burr-free, and deformation-free, fully meeting the high-precision pipe connection and welding process standards.
